Short story: Hello! My name is Ed. I’m a healthy living and weight loss blogger in Washington, D. C.
Longer story: I’m a Microsoft Academic Developer Evangelist, salsa dancer, light jogger, casual cyclist, swimmer (I did a triathlon in August), and overall goofball. I love hats. And dogs. And puppies; especially PUPPIES!
In May of 2009, I graduated from a small, private liberal arts university in Indiana. In July I moved to Colorado to start my first job. In December 2010, I moved to Washington, D. C. I realized I now have an income, so I joined a gym. Since I’m buying food for myself (and not roommates), I’m trying to overhaul my eating habits to be healthy. I mess up a lot, but I’m learning to not beat myself up about it. This is all about getting back on the wagon more times than I fall off.
